BOTH KOS/EOF trees (respectively class and subclass trees) are getting new passive and/or combo abilites. 50 new AA's in total.

The EOF/Subclass tree is getting turned into the TSO format.

In addition new lvl 90 racial abilites... so people can spend more money on race change potions
