Hey don't bring gender issues into this. They can't help it if they were born into a body with the wrong gender!
The faction stuff is funny. If you do the KJ quests in a certain order, there's this woman who has a quest update for two quests. One, you have to turn in something you've gathered. The second one, you have to kill her. If you're on the steps at the same time, you have to kill her first, then wait around for her to respawn so you can give her the materials she wants. That pretty much sums up Kunark faction right there.
Also if I'm not mistaken, you don't even lose individual city factions when you betray. Definitely not tradeskill wise. I know one of my toons has kindly with Ironforge and warmly with Dark Bargainers.
