We are going to re-enable the layouts for now. But the issue with teleporters, and player books getting "scrambled" has not been resolved.
One work around for now is this:
1) save your layout
2) open the layout file with notepad. Then remove all the lines with teleporter pads and player books. You can just delete them. Or any other items you are having problems with.
3) Then you can later use load_layout on that file and it will leave those items alone.
Sorry that this didn't get fixed in time for this last update. The fix is still in the works but not going to be easy.
