What are the names of some of the white shinies? There should be a purple collection associated with the city festivals (one collection per city), the collectible names are mail/postage related. Any other collectibles are probably something else unrelated, but if you can give us the names of a couple it'll help track them down.
Also, thanks for Kaitheel for starting the festival up, and glad to hear everyone is enjoying it so far! I see I may have to check into Test server before next week
