What are the names of some of the white shinies? There should be a purple collection associated with the city festivals (one collection per city), the collectible names are mail/postage related. Any other collectibles are probably something else unrelated, but if you can give us the names of a couple it'll help track them down.
To add a few more, I've also come across 'shed fairy wing' and 'lost imperial coin'. I'm seeing them in South Qeynos, they look like the standard white shinies, but don't add to a collection. I'm not seeing them in the other Qeynos zones.
Thank you for the details, Sorako! Good catch, one and all! Those particular shinies are part of a different live event coming up. And are now fixed. I don't know when the fix will make it to the Test servers, but it is on its way!
