I beg of you to give toons a vox a glimmer of hope...
Vox isn't on the table my friend.
I understand that there are people on Vox who would like to play elsewhere, but there are fundamental differences between character records for each server set. The goal for this project was to give the EU PvP players a better experience, and to make sure they had the home of their choice. Everyone else getting to transfer for free is a cookie -- the goal of it was to ensure that the EU PvP players had a choice in their final destination.
