(Grimwell) Free Character Transfers Temporarily Suspended.

The free character transfer service is being suspended temporarily. There is a right nasty dupe bug that is causing players to unintentionally acquire a whole lot of things they shouldn't have. The dev team is going to get a fix in for this, and then restart the transfers.

Because this cuts into the window of opportunity for character transfers, we will extend the free offer for however long we have to keep it suspended.

I have to say, I started noticing this happening the first time I transfered off nek, when I left Disso, about six months ago.

I never thought anything of it or considered it a big deal, because the most I had in my ammo slot was ammo satchels with a npc vendor value of about 30 sp.

I never thought of the high end satchel possiblities - I wonder how many people intentionally abused that.

I've been getting duped quivers from the very first time I transferred, I almost expect and demand it like I would the free airplane drink.

It doesn't dupe satchels. The bug dupes the ammo container and there aren't Fabled ones.

Now, that said.. if there were say.. a wearable "bag" in game that would be a problem. But I don't know of one.
