All character transfers are being halted for the moment. There seems to be a bug where some (not all) players unintentionally (as in they do nothing to create it) end up with a bunch of duped items. I hope you can all see why that could be a very bad thing. The dev team is already working on this bug, and as soon as it's fixed and validated by QA we will open up the free transfers again. Also, since we have to stop things for a while, we will tack on the time lost to the end of the free transfer period to ensure that you have the same amount of time to decide to transfer.
