That is what they are saying.; The horse mounts that do have stats are focused to fighter/scout classes with stats like slash, etc...; The poster was suggesting making some carpet type of mounts that had stats that were focused on mages and healers such as disruption, etc....

The mounts with stats have + focus on them for casters as well as the melee skills.

+focus is not the same as +piercing/+crushing/+slashing/+ranged. For it to be fair, the horse mounts would indeed have to have +disruption/+subjugation/+ministration/+ordination.

I said this in beta but nobody listened.
