Icon3 (Rothgar) Re:/Target change

This is exactly what I'm referring to, actually. I can be looking directly at a mob, and normally have line of sight, but if he's touching the wall in just the wrong way, I get "can't see target" when I try to cast a spell. Wouldn't /target require the same visibility criteria be met?
And to repeat the question I asked earlier in the thread, what does this do to implied targeting? If I target a raid member, and he runs down a hall in MMIS to get a target on a chaperon, and then runs back to me, can I still get his implied target, even though I never actually saw the mob?
Yes, /target would require the same visibility.; But if the mob is in the wall so you can't target him, you wont be able to cast on him anyway, so the mob would need to be moved.; Nothing changes as far as implied targeting goes.; The line-of-sight check happens when you use the /target command, so getting a target any other way will not change.
