Hello there.

I know that these server crashes are creating a lot of stress for you, and it is hard to stay positive with the frequent crashes. While I am not able to tell you the cause of the crash issue, or the potential solution for it at this very moment I want you to know that the team is working very hard on it, and will do what we can so see it end.

Nobody enjoys it when their servers are going down, and it happened to me this weekend as well. I was playing on Kithicor, and my group was really going well when that server went down. It didn't feel good and I was not happy about it. You guys seem to be having the problem more than anyone else, and I want you to know that everyone who can provide a solution is aware of the issue. It was an agenda item in our Monday Morning meeting, to evaluate what happened while we were not in the office, and sort out the new information.

I will continue to work with Momochi to be aware of your specific needs, and will continue to communicate with Gallenite and the international localization team until we have this solved. Until then, I respectfully ask for your patience. I'm very excited that EQII has a strong Japanese community and hope you can hang in there with us until we have it completely solved.
