(Grimwell) About the Recent Spate of Server Crashes
We have all noticed that the servers crashed in the last few days. Some more than others, and non for the purposes of scheduled maintenance. It even took out a quest group that I was a part of this weekend. We know it's not fun, especially not during prime gaming hours.
The good news is that the problem causing the crashes has been identified, and the dev team is working to mitigate it while the; team responsible for the final fix works on that. Short term you should see the problem go away due to the mitigation efforts, and it should not return once it's quashed completely.
