Actually, the content of the magazine is solid. I'm looking at the pdf preview (so yeah, haven't seen it all). The RoK beta is an extra invite as a means to say 'Thanks for supporting the first issue!'
The magazine is actually produced in the UK, which is why it's going out Royal Mail. You can order it anywhere in the world and that's the shipping price. =)
