This encounter doesn't seem like it'd be affected by the same issue that plagued the other three quests.

Got it! Made the same basic change as with the other two quests. I've tested it myself and it appears to work okay: As a Void Stalker I can see the void-touched infiltrators and killing them updates "A Cleansing This Temple Needs." Thank you again for the information.
