Icon3 (Zoltaroth) Re:Spam Filter Feedback

I want the ability to ignore the entire account. /ignoreaccount playername would be wonderful. As it is now, even with the spam filter, that doesn't work for me about 1/3 of the time, and the mail (I can see it now, your mailbox is full), they are still getting around it all.

/ignoreaccount playername

Problem solved from the spam standpoint.

Now you just need to get them for spamming, botting, etc cuz I know if I used a bot to actually play the game, I'd be banned in a heartbeat. Why shouldn't that apply to them as well?

More banning less spamming.
Ignoring accounts simply won't help. We ban spammer accounts at least twice per day, they re-create characters with the same names often, which makes you think they are the same account, but they are not. You would be adding *hundreds* of accounts to this list per day, and they would still send you tells.

I am surprised by your "1/3" number, because I don't see that on either my play accounts, or my fishing accounts (accounts I leave up 24/7 at the office to watch for spam). Are you reporting this spam with the 1-click reporting? I don't see that much new spam being added to the system.
