On a more serious note, this has already been addressed elsewhere, yes there are fewer imbues dropping, yes the harvesting rates will be adjusted,
last I heard however the next hotfix was slightly postponed so that adjustment hasn't happened yet. In the mean time
this thread already exists and you may find more information there.
