Considering that the servers aren't even up yet to test the LAST harvesting changes made, it's a little early to make yet more changes.
I suggest seeing how it goes for the next month or so, letting the current set of changes settle down, and then seeing how the prices have rebalanced after a period of time. AFTER that period of time, we can re-evaluate if more balancing is needed.
