I do very slightly more damage with my 1hander. I use the Folded Scale Blade. From my testing it has the same DPS as 2 x 62DR weapons without procs. That is with only 50% double attack too.
The delay is more forgiving on most 1 handers than on most DW weapons. Pre the next LU.
Prior to getting the woushi blade I found my DPS was much high using DW weapons. Even though they were both only KoS fabled, so nothing great.
I will most likely swap back to DW once I get another decent EoF fabled for my offhand. I might try maxing out the extra 4% DA though and see what that does for me.
Being able to use shieldbash is quiet handy, though in raids it adds little to DPS unless you find yourself without much else to click on.
