They didn't nerf the noxious ward, they just nerfed the way the +healing effects the noxious ward. It's not a nerf, it's a fix because it was obviously broken before.

Yep, on test if you had the +40 healing adornment for gloves on the ward amount was actually increased for 40*AA pts spent, so +200 if you had 5 pts into it. A bard having a raidwide ~500 damage regenerating ward should send a red flag saying bugged.

I quite like the change to garsins.
Unfortunatley though i keep forgetting and use my old cycle and have a Doh! moment when i remember it is now double the refresh time.

Was that way on live for a long time as well. I always thought it was because of the 'normalising' thing. Our ward refreshes every 4? 6? seconds. SO i just assumed it was being amplified due to that. The ward was 'nerfed' at the same time as they put the normalising removal in.

I only played for a little bit since this change, I thought I was just lagged/inept. I did not notice the different timer, but certainly noticed the effect.

The change to Garsins would have been good, if we were a class that always had worthwhile DPS CAs to click. As it is it is very annoying. I guess this makes Bump less appealing too, as well as the Shroud AA (not that people will move away from that).

I'm searching for the logic in this one.
