It's supposed to be a 10sec. cast to be in sync with Stealth, 20sec. is still wrong.

I'm slowly slowly breaking the habit of my old CA rotation. Now that I am putting myself into stealth and swearing ineffectively less, I notice no decrease in DPS.

The fact that SOE pushed this through with a set of other changes that generally increased DPS may well mask the nerf of this CAs DPS.
