So I'm going through my normal cycles on raids and my stealth/garsin's combo isn't lining up right. I inspect stealth, it's fine. I inspect garsin's and it's 20s recast, 40s duration now.

First question, is this a bug?

Second question, why the fuck are you even thinking about nerfing Bard dps?

Apparently no other classes besides Bards had their 10s recast stealth CA touched.

Confirm the damage. I upgraded that spell last night and did not bother to look. I notice the delay did increase to 40s.

I show 888-1470 STR:477 A3. I don't recall what it was last night

damage seems much higher than I remember on the master 1 version as well

That is what I thought, the DMG seems to be doubled because I know the A1 version was not over 1k.

It's a 50% increase for double the reuse. Not really a fair trade off in my opinion.

Math and I would agree with you, it sucks. But clearly leaving it with 10s recast AND increasing the overpowered self buff would have left the game in a state of unbalance, thank god SOE keeps everything in check.

I don't remember seeing this on test, but then I never really paid any attention to it so it could have been there all along.

Don't know why they would do this to us and I'm trying not to be too pissed off here, was the +9dps we got from the bruiser +90 CA dmg mod so much you had to half it? The thing that annoys me most is that it was never mentioned in the patch notes, so we don't know if this is intended, but then why wouldn't it be if ours is the only one affected?

just a quick note, probably only pvp dirges will care. nox ward aa with 2 heal adornments is only 368 ward now down from the previous 505.

and yes i'm against this garsin's nerf too. my timing was so thrown off last night in raid =(
