The Shoulders and Pants are pimp... the remainder of the set is pretty blah.

The new Chimes with bonuses 25(24) out of every 60 seconds just seems worse than good old 58 Cacophony up 17 of every 35 seconds...

Hopefully they increase the 5 piece bonus to be something like 15+ seconds or something and have it actually work out correctly that it would be 32+ of every 60 seconds.

As it is I guess 3 EOF/3 ROK/1 open spot is the win.

The 5 set bonus on the EoF set needs to be changed to 15s recast reduction in my opinion.

Eh... For a long fight I would say the EoF 3 piece is better, but for a short fight(30-45s) the RoK bonus is better.

But yeah, going with both will be the order of the day I guess.

Does anyone know if they'll stack? I've heard rumblings of the EoF bonus not working with the newer version of CoB... anyone confirm or deny?

I'm sure they stack, although it's impossible to wear 8 pieces of armor and it'd be extremely pointless to enhance both versions. Also, enhance Cacophony of Blades and enhance Chime of Blades means just that, they enhance only that spell.
