maybe nice for a dirge. 5 seconds is a decent chunk of the recast... as a troub, i have to say that i'm quite disappointed, and my witchdoctor doomblade is still looking pretty hot.

it's a nice weapon, just pretty weak when you look at it and realize that it was designed to be a bard weapon.

It's a piece of shit. CoB will be hard capped with the 4 set and it has a lower top end than the Doomblade with no proc.

Now if the DR was bumped up about 7, the top end increased, had a 700-1k proc, and it added 30% casting speed to CoB and Precision then it'd be a weapon worthy of dropping off an avatar.

As it is right now, it's probably best for a ranger, despite how sad that sounds.

Hmm? Doesn't it mean, that if two dirges have this weapon + VP set bonus + mythical weapon, the raid has CoB up every time?
CoB's duration is 25s with the VP set doesn't it?

New VP set reduces COB to 30 seconds recast from 1 minute, with this it would bring it down to 25s (if possible?)
