This is pretty harsh actually when you do the math:

.03 * 400 = 12
.04 * 675 = 27

So it's been nerfed in effectiveness by ~56%.

Any parses of its current dps. I mean it needed a nerf, i was getting 2k+ ext from it pre nerf.

It's was only overpowered on single target trash and I agree it did need a nerf, but it doesn't stack so that also should be taken into consideration. Also the proc is subpar on Avatars, Tangrin, and anything with adds.

One thing i noticed kall.Is the bloodthirsty choker on neck piece shouldnt that be underlined as situational ??
I know its good but not great on aoe fights.

Well idk you might be able to lol.But i mean mobs with big hitting aoe's you go to red hit 2 combat arts boom killed yourself.How i see it lol.
