rather than start a thread, i'm really curious about your ring ranking of the signet of betrayal. Why is it so much higher than say, the disarming band.

db - 4 melee crit, 75 CA
SoB - 2 melee, 2 spell, 50 spell/CA + agro
MoA - 2 DA, 2 Crit, Power proc, 3 slash

Is the proc getting you high enough on the hate list to net some mental hits. Cause based on previous rankings, you put a strong value on melee crit > spell crit and CA > Spell dmg. And the mark seems pretty comprable. Just wondering how beneficial the proc is.

It's 1238 damage (with choker) proc on any attack which means it procs off ranged, spell attacks, and melee.

It's beast.

the proc does dmg regardless of your position on the hate list, your position on the hatelist only determines whether or not it uses a +threat or -threat modifier

I have to +1 on this ^^

Got my hand on signet of betrayal two weeks ago, and the ring proc -alone- is now roughly 5% of my dps, so better than most of our CA's and spells

Yes this is the PvP armor set. The new aromor set is in work as far as i heard. So is most of the new raid loot.
