It is really good for higher end guilds with tons of proc gear but I could see it being less effective for lower geared raids. Although if you're in a lower geared raid you probably don't have another option anyways.

With two bane charms (gynok + mm drums), signet, convulsions (IB), trooper boots, dps ring/tunarian ring, mark ear ....

luck + CoB + PoM = a LOT of damage.

i would say if you don't have mythical and PoM & CoB are just group wide then it will be a lot more dependent on what group you are in. but if you got mythical and the buff is raidwide i am near sure it will be worth it

That's why it is even more stupid that this effect isn't present on the fabled BP. Our fabled set is so fucked up, it hurts.

It's just such a simple fix it's amazing. Take the percussion off the bp, put it back on the 2 set bonus. Put the cob/pom on the bp instead, and move that speech of sacrifice bonus as a focus on our helm instead of that shitty 3% beneficial cast time.

On a seperate note, for you guys that are good with crunching the numbers, how does double attack measure up to the base increase to spells/ca's? Particularly our VP shoulders and the advanced void shard shoulders.

10% increase is equivalent to about 7 DA using very rough numbers

is that comparing the piece which give 10 base/3mc/3spc and a bunch of str versus the vp piece ? or comparing choker damage with it.
