For Charm slot, you don't have the Death Chimes from SoH, they really not worth it ?

It's Reuse of all abilities by 3. I think you have to do the questline to get faction to be able to buy it but not sure. I haven't done shit in the new Lavastorm.

A few people in my guild have it.

rumor is that Girdle of Ykesha's Gold Lust's proc is supposedly broke in that it doesnt hardly proc at all....
