Small note on wrists since I've gotten a few tells recently about them. The Treasureseekers Band far ahead of the other 4. After that, the top 4 are all pretty much equal.

The Doom bracelet might have a slight edge over the Shackle if your grouped with a Coercer. If not, the Shackle might have a slight edge over the Doom bracelet. Again, we're probably talking under 5 dps of a difference so it's arbitrary which one you prefer.

As a Side note I'd like to throw in the pvp items to the list.. true only 2(3?) servers have access to these items.. but they are pretty nice.

on another note why is the combat art damage helmet so high?

aint it obliterated by helmets like Coif of Impeteous strikes? (2% double attack)

The Reet Knight helmet is better than the Impeteous Strikes one as an overall helmet; the proc is still really good even if half as powerful as before, it has an additional base 30 CA damage mod and plus piercing.

First item I've seen with a focus effect truely designed for bards.
