Final reward from the Order of Rime timeline seems fine to me... EDIT : well in fact it looks insanely good, isnt it? And I'm really looking for more DA especially in G1...
I'm going to put some efforts in plain dull faction grinding asap

How exactly are the avatar items being nerfed? I thought they were just reducing the crit mit on chests and legs.

So picked up the server disco for this last night and have run a test on 5 training dummies (small sample I know, but its getting late). On the 5 dummies I got a total of 12 procs so it is proccing.

I also scanned some of Nagash's parses and it show's that its proccing for reasonable damage for him.

So my question is what is wrong with the proc?

Nothing now. I haven't update the list in like 2 months. Next update will probably be when the next GU hits because I'm pretty busy atm.
