Except for Avatar loot, this expansion has been one of the worst fun wise for raiding.

If I do come back for SF or a couple months before SF, there's a good chance I'll be main switching to my assassin to try something different and with SF, heirloom items, and the loss of mythicals it's the perfect time.

I have to agree raid encounters are my least favorite of any expansion to date although the heroic content was top notch imo. I just thank god I switched to Dirge from defiler because healers have it the absolute worst this x-pac.

Here's a question for other top-raid dirges that has crossed my mind after the change of PvP gear (I play on Nagafen).

There is a weapon called Ghost that used to be fairly useless but that got buffed alot with the recent update. Now I am wondering wether it might actually be worth using until Field General Uktap drops his offhand again and its mine. I have been doing some testing on the training dummy and noticing that the high-hits with myth proced on my current offhand (Ethereal Voidbeast Sabre) does roughly 250 more damage than this. However, check the stats:

40 str 30 sta 35 agi
130 hp 140 power
+5 double attack
+4 melee crit chance
+4 melee crit bonus
Damage: 61-344 (101.1 raing)

Do YOU think that the added double attack and crit bonuses can actually make up for the significantly lower top damage? Please discuss!

No, you're giving up too much top end and 10 points of overall damage rating.

Even if you were at 100 MC, it'd have to have a top end of ~360 for the MCB and DA to make it worth it over the sabre.
