He's part of Kervis Pendleir/Talwyn Verisue. I've never seen him (specifically) drop a chest. It's definitely a trash drop.

Nope, it's the exact same proc as the Resplendent Raiment with the name and values changed. It won't override it, but it doesn't stack either.

Noticed that the Mark of Void Channeling wasn't on the list of earrings for some reason, curious as to where you guys would rank that.

Been trying real hard to figure out which parses better for me between that and the Kunarkian Crusader Earstud (Signet of the Ethernauts is my other earring) considering my MC is quite low, so I figure it belongs on the list atleast, results on dummy seem incredibly close even when fighting several dummies at once.

b/c of the negative effects i'd put it around equal with the frozen/drained chokers

i put it down as the newest bloodthirsty choker, useful on trash (and easier to heal on trash due to the 20% max health decrease) but not for named fights (unless you're talking about xythus twins and crap like that).
