Selo's bugged?

every time I evac in RoK zones, Selo's seems to drop without losing the buff icon. anyone else having this problem? I've bugged reported it twice.

I've noticed my speed dropping every once in a while. Never payed attention to what did it.

Edit: Just tested in JW and no change to my run speed.

Evac drops selos speed and wont come back until rebuffed. Mostly when you are in combat and evac.

I just change my boots from normal to journeyman and speed comes back

Definitely combat related... wasn't having problems before, but once I evac'd it was noticeably slower

this has been a bug for a while.
like anarkae said, switch in (or out) your jboots and it'll fix things.

Also been getting bugged to in-combat speed on some charms, especially ones that are quest related.
