So then with my epic (fabled) and ANaphylaxis in offhand with no masters and all A3s, should i be happy with getting about 1.5k-2.1k consistently?

And also, is it REALLY that important to have matching delays on your weapons? I mean granted its easier to time your CAs in between your AA swings, but if you leave a split second between CA casting wouldnt it be better to have mismatched delays if the Offhand weapon is way better than a matchin delayed weapon?
