Normally have 5 bards in raid , pre 51 only like 1 or 2 would use the bc, and the pre 51 parse only 1 troub was in raid. I wouldnt use the bp if I had Rameint or chainlinks either =p

But im sure if pre 51 all 5 bards used the bp's procs would be about the same

nope... all but like 1 bard in our raid used the t2 bp, and the only one who didnt was the one with chainlinks. and still there is huge boosts from procs since the LU, no one who is actually looking at act and seeing how much procs went up can say they are not broken. at least double dps from every proc, and gvb is obviously broke. i tested for hours on the training dummys, and looking at our palace zw, and Aovalor kill, procs are insanly broken atm. if not broken then they changed how they proc and basically made them alot more OP

i heard pinksi say they removed the cap on proc rate...but idk if thats the main issue but it seems to be a big one!

Or the fact that the effect from the dirge and troubadour set stack for a total of +66% to proc when both PoM and CoB are up ?

ok but on top of that.... SOLO on dummys my procs were doign 2-3x as much as normal.... not just in raids

I wouldn't say procs are broken. They are actually fixed and procing as much as they should now, instead of items blocking other items from procing which happened a lot. Bane procs are broken however and should only be making 1 check instead of a check for every piece you have on. Casting 1 spell and getting 2-3 gvb procs is just dumb. No matter how many gvb items you have it should only be 1 check with increased chances/damage.

well then by "fixing" procs they in return nerfed content lol. shit dies so much fast atm its ridiculous
