Im looking at these parses and im noticing that i dont hit the mob near as effectively. I look and i see im only hitting ~75% when the previous is at 100

I think there is a bug with parsing non-english languages which makes it look like they achieve 100% hit rate when in reality they don't.

to hit % is realy buged in Ru parses, and true % you can see only in melee. To hit was ~90% on auto.
