People still use it regularly but on trash the mob is always dead before the first DoT ends so it's only like 1% of your parse.

I used scream on trash, it gives me 185 dps.

Wouldn't recommend anyone doing this. Went to apply a slipstone to my offhand and somehow forgot to re-equip my epic. Didn't realize it until floor 2. Died once also, which sucked because I spent 2 fights rebuffing.

Sad thing was I wasn't even using my 2 best offhands.
