So far I love being a dirge in RoK, Hell sometimes i can even steal aggro from a tank, granted they are not the best tanks, but it does feel good to Crit and the mob Will Not come off of you. and you get a Zerker (yes not a raid one for sure) to tell you to slow down the dps. lol

well anyhow.

Now my goal is to steal aggro in a raid from our MT (doubt it will ever happen but what the hell its a goal).

P.S. Lets see some Dirge Parses From ROK t1 and t2. will post mine next time we raid

Made this the official T8 parse thread. Locked the other one and kept it sticked so it doesn't get buried. Kind of nice to keep an archive on T7 to show progression of the class.

Weapons are Clearcutter Machete and Carotidcutter, so not using anything spectacular.

Think the group setup was Guardian, Defiler, Dirge, Coercer, Templar, Swash so all I had was Impetus.

When I get some respectable weapons I'll post more, and yes I'm AGI line because Bladedance is and always will be useless.


Edit - Another thing to note since it's semi-important. The only damage masters I have are Scream of Blood, Grim Strike, and Shriek Blade (m2 obviously). Added a Tomb of Thuuga parse, too.

Just to clarify, you want screenies of the parses, or for the low ones, just words are fine?

Still using soulfire and anaphlaxis. No masters in T8 yet. Most all adept 3's or previous tiers masters, depending on which is better, and all you dirges know which is better for each. Three set pieces of eof for the cob increase and legendary T8 stuff after that.
On our last thuuga run, I was right at 1.7k ext dps until we fought the queen, and then I had some rezzes so it dropped off.
Protectors was 1.5k zonewide, although I did break 2k in individual trash fights, so I was happy.

I guess I need to get some better gear and masters, cause my parses look awfully sickly compared to the poster above.../sigh

Yup, if you look at the spell description closely, the inital damage and dot is called Scream of Blood, after that the second and third "wave" is called Scream of Death.

Did a 2.2 in thugga, 2.5 in executioners. guard, defilier, illus, inquis, sk was group. Nothing special about my gear, I could have done better.
