Got an idea on the tuning fork (can't test it myself, I still need those devourer teeth) I was listening to some Guildies in Chardok, and they ran across a mob called "A Di'Zok Organ Tuner". I'd imagine he'd have a good chance of dropping a tuning fork. He was in the library, just above the room where Uz'Drak The Invincible (sp?) would spawn in the raid zone.

the proc is pretty cool, havnt realy tested it at all... its not a very impressive wepaon obviously, but its just the heroic version so... *shrug

Really can't understand why they'd make the delay 3.5 when they know everyone wants 4.0 preferably and these are supposed to be "the" weapons :\

I mean who would expect an epic group weapon to be better then a quested group weapon? (thats w/o testing the effect of course)
