the only decent thing about that weapon is potentially the proc.

Change that spell crit to DA or melee crit. change it to 4.0 with a 306 max damage like every other scout epic.

can't wait to see if the troubs got boned too, or just us.

Melee Crit wouldn't be nearly as good as Dbl Attack if you consider the proc.
