Abilities that affect procs were made to only increase procs stated in their descriptions.

So while Templars "blessings" only now affect item procs... ours will only affect Spells/CA's

No more stacking procs on the MT

They didn't touch LotD yet. You should probably check these sort of things before making accusations of a stealth nerf.

Although I'm sure in a week or 2 this post will be valid.
