So it looks like this change has not come through yet and will not until some time this week.

My question is, does anyone know what that change will in fact be? Are they just upping the drop rate? Or are they changing how we get the quill entirely?

I was farming the nameds in Sebillis since day one. Nothing dropped.
Then I read that in the Laboratory in Sebillis the researchers are dropping the quill.
I was there with a group and the 5th or 6t researcher dropped an ornate chest with the Quill.

So...the whole time i was only searching on the wrong place i guess

Recent patch made any iksar in Seb able to drop the starter.
