Macro question for Lend Shielding and Round Bash

Is there a way to set it so that you can switch to a round shield, cast it, then switch back to a weapon? What I've tried so far doesn't seem to work because it switches back to the secondary weapon too quickly. :/

I have 1 macro set to swap in round shield and cast Lend Shielding. Then I just added a weapon swap macro into my raid main assist key.
It works pretty well.
