Nox buff is waste in doomcoil and in thuuga. Running it sometimes in Levi and with Trakanon tries

your raidleader is a looney. there isnt enough nox effects in the ok encounter to warrant running that buff. hell i almost never run it. i think you are better off running pretty much anything else instead

regen, pos, boon, parry, hate and dps. usual T4 named buffs.
T1-T2 regen, pos, boon, hate, dps, tombs.

for trash, boon, pos, hate, dps, tombs and agi/str(dont really know if its good for nothing, but got free conc slot so dont mind)

ok the point of the thread wasn't what buffs to run, it was whether or not the wards stacked.
does anyone know? or are you just gonna run around "sword fighting" about what buffs you run?

I did answer the OPs question:

I'm curious why some consider it wasted on Doomcoil. His poison AOE is pretty fierce only second to the divine aoe so increasing the entire raids poison resist by 1500+ should help. This is a raid wide buff so he's not suggesting both dirges are in one group and he's not asking about heroics. I'm honestly and humbly asking for feedback on why this would be a wasted conc slot on Doomcoil. I don't pretend to be an expert but it seems to make sense to me...

My guild is expected to get all of their POI and DIV resists above 9k for this fight but we're still having trouble with him. Are we using the wrong tactic?

the problem is that unless your resists are really low, the resist portion isn't going to help much.

Next time, select "P" - view disease and poison stat.. have one dirge buff noxious, look at numbers (should increase)...

Have next dirge bring up noxious buff (resist, whatever), look at numbers. see if they go up or stay the same...

The question wasn't whether the resists stacked(because they don't)... but the ward when AA specced(which everyone pretty much agrees that they don't either)

doesnt really matter if wards stack or not as resists wont and then its dumb to just run buff for 356 or x2 wards, stacks or not.
