fyreflyte is such a lazy narrow-sighted tool i cant wait till he gets canned, reassigned or moves on in some away.

i believe he said he designed Vocal Rift to be upgrades of Lamenting Ballads but not necessarily upgrades in line with Legendary shard armor... the fact that the Gloves have almost a Linear progression from Lyrical > Harmonic > Vocal Rift... except for the Haste part is boggling.

Also i wonder why/how he considers the Vocal Rift Legs an upgrade to the Leggings of Lamenting ballads at all

personally i don't need haste item in raid bc i'm at 120+ without one of these, but in group i switch my TSO fabled glove to harmonic, i wish to get the avatar belt with DA and accuracy which have like 40 haste, because i don't really think we will see one day +40 haste on our fabled gloves ...

I do all fabled so there are lots of diffrent choices most are pretty obvious, but they are a rare drop and a dkp war so you wait till next kill and hope it drops, and you win.
