Non MT healers heal as much as Offtanks tank.

Think about that.

I think there is a bit of misunderstanding as to which fights we are talking about.

Trash: anyone rez
Easy Named mobs: anyone rez
Difficult Nameds or learning encounters: mystic for mass rezzing; dirges rezzing, anyone else.
MT dies: Templar; templar not available then anyone that can do it without sickness

Generally speaking the dirges that aren't in the MT group are labeled the "main" rezzers only because thats what our raid pretty much expects now.

If you have the degradate line in your AA's, you debuffs last a while. Rezzing is one of the unique things that we can do, so we should do it. Normally we have the our necro or our other dirge rez but if someone is dead at my feet, I take the 3 seconds and rez them.

I run the Profit UI, when you put your cursor on the name of a person, you have 5 built in hot buttons, button #1 is your single rez, #2 is your group rez and #3 is your life transfer. You can do all these without de-selecting your MT or debuffed mob.

Kazed is my dirge on befallen server, if anyone was wondering.

imo i dont get you quite right here, cuz ...

if you mean that it is the only thing we can do beside buffing in raid, then i pity your guild...

if instead you mean we are SO unique and there s almost no other class that can rez, then i pity you for being in a guild where templar, inquis, warden, fury, mystic, defiler and necro cant rezz O_o

I think he ment it more along the lines of its something within our abilities. Yes its unique in that we are the only scout class that can.

No, rezzing is in addition to buffing the raid/group and doing some dps.
Healers, have a more important job, keeping the raid alive. I know I can't heal the MT enough to keep him alive, can you?
I think Taja said it best, what other scout class can rez?
