We ran MMIS yesterday (due to missing some core members) and I finally got a 3rd EoF set piece (Boots, Gloves and Chest)

Was wondering if any of you guys are still rolling with the reduced cast time on CacO pre mythical or if your using tier 8 armor and just living with Chime.

I'm the MT Dirge, our groups Assassin parses anywhere from 4.8k to 6k and our MT Guard is a solid 3-4k on most fights.

I recently dropped BD and went 4-5-8-8 INT.

Just wanted some thoughts in if the 3 piece is worth losing the crit and DA effects from the tier 8 armor?

Imo its not worth sacrificing t8 gear that is superior, just to wear 3 t7 pieces for a shorter cob.

Most people rolled with the EoF 3 set until the mythicals came out. I would if I was you. Since you're raiding MMIS, the gear you can obtain isn't good enough to warrant losing the 3 set bonus even though the EoF set gear is god awful.

I tried half of SOH with 3 bits on vs. normal T8 gear and T8 COB - difference was about 100-200 DPS per fight. Since our single grp was doing about 8k, 1-200 wasnt that big a deal.

Dropped it for better crit/resist gear.

I still wear my 3 bit...no mythical yet, and only instanced/quest gear to replace my eof set.

Will make the change when I either get Chimes M1 with good replacement gear, or when I get my Mythical/T8 set gear.
