vampiric handle is the lifetap proc, and prolly the best for dps. the powerleech is PHANTOM HANDLE wich you could go for if you usualy have mana probs.

the vampiric/phantom handle has the best proc rate of all weap adorns, they r godly. personaly i have worm tooth blade in offhand with mythical in main, so i went for vampiric handle on both weaps.

Basically it comes down to if you have power issues or not on a normal basis. If you do, go with the phantom. If not, the Vampiric.

During tier7, I ran with a vampiric and a phantom handle adorned weapons only on Avatar fights because power drains caused me to run out of power extremely slowly, but over a 15 minute fight, it would happen.

Up until I stopped playing my dirge, I ran with two vampiric procs in tier8 and never once had a power issue. Our in-combat regen outweighs the Avatar power drains and the added power from all the crazy healer procs that give the whole group power every 3rd time they cast a spell makes power essentially a non-issue. The only way I could foresee power becoming an issue for dirges in groups would be if they are not using the degredation line and have spec'd some other line.

To answer your question in short:

Sence I (never) runs oop I will take the vapire one. Its so rare I run oop that it isnt worth it

And if I do I will kick the ass out of the coercer that isn't feeding me power.. Has to be his fault.. Right?
