I have to think if your autoattacks are making up 70% of your total damage then something is off. I could be wrong but I have never seen that # even if I time perfectly.
your Autoattack damage generally gets lower the better you play your dirge, as you should always be timing your autoattack consistently anyways. Mine used to be ~ 70% and now it's much lower, 40-45% ish usually.
Make sure you get your DoTs out first, SoB then banshee, and then concentrate on fitting your biggest hitters inbetween autoattacks.
I personally would make a spreadsheet to work out dps efficiency of each spell we have and then re-arrange your spells (excluding SoB and Banshee as we already know they are the most DPS efficient spells we have)... also try to make sure verliens is up for the last part of banshee (i generally cast it just after banshee, iirc that covers the most part of the hits). Obviously if SoB is reusable by the time the mob is >40% health, then use it, if not then don't (if your time between pulls is quite low) as it will effect your ZW only having the first 30s of your SoB going out. But you should always have banshee out there.

#1 - Where do I say not to time auto attacks? In fact this was made back when our epic was 3.5s delay so timing auto attacks wasn't even realistic.
#2 - I said this is a good baseline, and I use a slightly different variant.
#3 - This is semi out of date and was made last expansion because I got tired of responding to 5 PMs that were asking the exact same thing.
#4 - What the hell is wrong with using Bump to SoB, Shriek Blade, and then Shroud to Garsin's? If your casting speed doesn't suck, which well I guess yours does? Then there should be no problem here. If it does, then just wait .5s after Shriek Blade.
#5 - Howl of the Dead should be moved up the list if you maxed the AAs out and your cast speed is high, but well you're too dumb to even notice that. Instead you criticize something that already makes sense.
#6 - You are absolutely retarded if you don't use Lanet's when everything else is on cooldown, even if it sucks.

Really? Is that why Evasive Maneuvers is there, because our Myth was 3.5 when TSO was released. Hell you even changed it, AFTER someone asked you to and here is what you said specifically.
Kall on Pg. 11 said, "I guess but nothing really has changed besides adding in Evasive Maneuvers and moving Howl of the Dead up in priority because of the AA and DM."
Hey maybe you just didn't change it to adjust to the change in delay but then again you stated nothing else needed changed. It took me all but 1 second to realize the mistake there, much less time to know where to adjust for Evasive and HoD.

I hope so because that line is pure shit. You use the fact that this is based of a killing trash in 20-30 seconds, yet you spend the first half of your casting doing shit for damage. Especially after you pointed out dispatch and yet your still using Dirges mitigation debuffs during this time? What a waste.

or you could delay your autoattack by trying to squeeze it in after SoD. Which is just as wasteful.
If your haste doesn't suck, your not getting off more than 2 Ca's between autoattacks. Even with great casting speed which yeah was so readily available in RoK when your Myth was still 3.5.
Yeah and IF you based this off of a 3.5 weapon delay, your never gonna get 3 ca's off between autoattacks. You can stop that excuse now.

I use Lanet's maybe once ever in a full palace trash run (when they actually had health). And that is only when I fucked up somewhere. It is only useful when you are ranged and burned everything else available.

The thread was made generally for casual players who play the game to have fun and want to read some guide that will improve their play instead of blindly pushing buttons in a whack-a-mole fashion. What I posted accomplished that. No where does it say raid only or this is the end-all be-all of casting orders.

When I changed my dirge to my main to get into Paradigm. I couldn't even parse 2k. Following Kall's advice I got over 3k easily. Then I adjusted his base to suit me better and now I'm over 6k most of the time.
The fact is it is an excellent place to start as Kall stated. Everyone will need to adjust it depending on gear/masters/raid setup/mobs they are facing.
