OzNeK, in fact it does not matter at all. I saw a lot of hotbars and many of men, who can really touch the sky, have terrible hotbars and ui settings overall.

Миш, чё ты лезешь везде, я спросил, знач мне нада, а то поможет ли мне или кому либо скрин его хотбаров это не особо важно.

Btw it rly doesnt matter for dps.
