I read this post from Aeralik in another area and was wondering if its true that spell rebuff stacks? I thought our bard debuffs didn't stack at all. Anyone up for some testing?

The fix to brigs should have minimal impact to be honest. I gave rake and dispatch a slightly higher chance to hit but in pve these things rarely miss anyways. Dispatch affects everyone so if it misses it misses and you keep killing. If rake misses you still have the brigand and swashbuckler snares which are unresistable to debuff elemental for wizards. Rangers have the magic snare and then assassin snare has a large poison debuff.
On top of that a normal raid has what 3-4 bards which means spell rebuff x3-4 plus an assortment of other sources for debuffing mitigation. A brig makes life easy yes but a miss on a skill can be overcome with the other classes too.
